Contact and Fees
I provide counselling and psychotherapy at £60 per session . Sessions are the standard psychotherapy length of 50 minutes. I have a limited amount of low-cost places for those unable to afford the full-rate. Please enquire about these places when initially contacting me, if appropriate.
I offer daytime and evening slots on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays .
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions (via Zoom) or a combination of the two, to suit your needs.
Getting in touch with a counsellor might feel daunting. That is why I suggest that in the first instance you email me - abi@abialmondcounselling.com - to see if I have availability and to arrange a time for an initial short telephone consultation (10-15 minutes) - 07597 305937 - during which you can ask me any questions you might have.
Once we have decided to work together, it will be important that we select a day & time that will enable you to attend your sessions regularly; and once that day and time have been agreed, I will keep that slot open to you and not offer it to anyone else for the duration of our work together. It is important that we both make this commitment to the therapy process.
